what is it you consume?

welcome to master & creator!

this is our first session together for this program and I want to say thank you. thank you for choosing to do this program, thank you for choosing to work with me, thank you for choosing you, your spiritual path and your desire to know more about you.

each session will cover different topics - and each will have an accompanying email, meditations, links to further reading or information for you.

here you will find more readings, more meditations and information to support your learning.

firstly I would like to ask,

what in your life outside of yourself is influencing your mind, your thoughts, your emotions?

what you are consuming on a daily basis?

this program is designed for you, by you and here I want you to observe what you can do to direct the outcomes you so desire.

so two things - your input and your output. this is what we will look at now

let’s break down what things we have outside of ourselves that direct our inner world.

firstly - the observer.

just observe, without judgement what a day in the life of you looks like.

make note of your sleep patterns, what your daily morning ritual is, what on your daily basis do you think, or turn to.

who do you interact with, what devices, social media, tv, news etc.

there is nothing to change or judge,  these first few days are to observe.

observe your thoughts at the time of your actions and just make a note of your daily practices and habits.

stepping outside of yourself and separating you from your thoughts and emotions as if it was your best friend.

just noticing. you can write them down when you feel called to, and if you want to start a new journal, this is the time. even if you just use a notebook and document as if you were a nature explorer observing and recording your daily movements and thoughts.

with this, observe or just notice your thoughts, while you are in the shower, while you are making food, or driving your car. just observe what kind of thoughts come up when, observe what emotions come up and when. is there a pattern to your thoughts matching your actions? is there a pattern to feeling a certain way with particular people or situations in your day to day life?

with this observation, I would encourage you to start a daily 5-10min meditation practice. if you already have one in place, great. if you normally mediate longer or more than once a day, great.

if you are new to this or have “fallen off the wagon” great!

gently, each day coax yourself into meditation. I love my practice in the morning and then a prayer at night, though whatever works for you and your schedule.

each day, for the next week start your practice with 5 min meditation, either using a frequency music or guided meditation (I have recorded one here for you), this is to relax your body and mind, once again just in observance.

after the meditation we will come to a practice of stillness. this is quietening the mind and the body, focusing on your breathing for 1-2 min (you can do longer if you wish to). the practice here is to once again just observe any thoughts or emotions that come up for you, watch them sail by like little paper boats on a stream.

then after meditation and stillness, just record in your journal any thoughts that come up for you.

a list of what to record is -

any sights or visions,

any voices or words that come to you

any feelings or knowings.

this does not have to be overly detailed, just a record and this practice should be no longer than 5 mins.

with this practice - 10-15min out of your day max, I like to do it when I wake up, any time of the day is fine.

after a few days, next is time to start communicating with your body. how we do that is when you feel thoughts and emotions come up for you, ask your body how this feels, where do you feel it. notice the sensations, and where you are feeling it with regards to the thoughts and emotions.

this is how we learn the language of our bodies and how our intuition starts to come through. when a feeling or emotion rises, ask your body - “body, where do I feel this emotion?” “where in my body does this emotion show for me?”

allow your body to show you - and yes this may seem out there though you will be surprised to find that this is the start of our intuition building it’s strength to speak with you. so, allow your body to show you.

now we can start to incorporate your intuition through your body and how it responds, still in the observer role. be curious without judgement. be playful without fear. your body is here to support you with all of this. the more we trust and listen with an open mind to our heart, our bodies responses, the more we build our self love and trust.

this first step is as the observer. so keep going, be curious, be loving and kind and see what comes up for you.

I am so excited to hear all about it!
